Submission Preparation Checklist
Todas as submissões devem atender aos seguintes requisitos.
- O autor deve estar ciente de que os editores da Revista Boletim do Museu Integrado de Roraima utilizarão ativamente ferramentas tecnológicas avançadas para detecção de plágio, reportando qualquer constatação nesse sentido ao Conselho Editorial, que deverá adotar as medidas legais cabíveis;
- O autor que ainda não possuir uma identificação persistente de autoria deve criar uma por meio do link de registro na ORCID. Submissões cujos autores não possuírem identificação não serão avaliadas;
- Todos os autores devem garantir que suas as obras sejam originais. Caso utilizem o trabalho e/ou textos de outros, os autores devem fazer a devida citação no texto. Plágio em todas as suas formas constitui um comportamento editorial antiético e é inaceitável;
- Além do manuscrito deve ser anexada a Declaração de Conflito de Interesses disponível no site devidamente preenchida e assinada;
- O arquivo da submissão deve estar em formato Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx), OpenOffice (.odt) ou Rich Text Format (.rtf);
- URLs (links) para as referências devem ser informadas, quando possível;
- O texto está em espaço simples; usa uma fonte de 12-pontos; emprega itálico em vez de sublinhado (exceto em endereços URL); as figuras e tabelas estão inseridas no texto, não no final do documento na forma de anexos;
- O texto segue os padrões de estilo e requisitos bibliográficos descritos nas Diretrizes para Autores;
- Devem ser observadas as instruções disponíveis na Política de Avaliação por Pares Cega;
- Todas as submissões devem atender aos princípios da Declaração de Ética e Boas Práticas na Publicação;
- No caso de obra que verse sobre pesquisa com seres humanos, deve ser anexado à submissão o parecer prévio de um Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa (CEP);
- O arquivo de texto não pode estar identificado com o(s) nome(s) do(s)/da(s) autor(es)/autora(s). Os nomes e os respectivos créditos de autoria devem ser fixados apenas nos campos apropriados no formulário de submissão;

Authors who publish in the Bulletin of the Integrated Museum of Roraima agree with the following terms:
1) Authors retain copyright and grant the Boletim do Museu Integrado de Roraima the right of first publication, with the work simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License that allows sharing the work with acknowledgment of authorship and initial publication in this journal.
2) Authors are authorized to assume additional contracts separately, for non-exclusive distribution of the version of the work published in this journal (eg: publishing in an institutional repository or as a book chapter), with acknowledgment of authorship and initial publication in this journal.
3) Authors are allowed and encouraged to publish and distribute their work online (eg, in institutional repositories or on their personal page) after publication in the Bulletin of the Integrated Museum of Roraima.
Privacy Statement
The names and email addresses entered on the website of the magazine Boletim do Museu Integrado de Roraima (ISSN 2317-5206) will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this magazine and will not be made available for any other purpose or to third parties. Data collected from registered and unregistered users of this journal falls within the scope of standard functioning of peer-reviewed journals. The registered user must be aware that electronic messages will be sent by the system with the purpose of alerting or informing about events or procedures related to publishing. The journal's editorial team collects such information only to the extent necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor's interaction with the journal, which includes information that enables communication to the editorial process, to inform readers about authoring and editing content and collecting aggregated data on reader behavior. Such collected data may be shared with the Public Knowledge Project on an anonymous and aggregate basis, with appropriate exceptions such as article metrics. The data will not be sold by this newspaper or PKP nor will it be used for purposes other than those stated here. The authors published in this journal are responsible for data on human beings that may appear in research published here. Those involved in editing this newspaper seek to comply with industry standards for data privacy, which means always seeking to comply with the provisions of the Brazilian General Law for the Protection of Personal Data (LGPD), also including the provision of the General Regulation of European Union Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for "data subject rights", which may include: (a) breach notification; (b) right of access; (c) the right to be forgotten; (d) data portability; and (e) privacy by design. The GDPR also allows for the recognition of the “public interest in the availability of data”, which has a particular emphasis on those involved in maintaining, with the greatest possible integrity, the public record of scientific publication.
