The judgment officer's action in the context of implementation of the electronic process

This article aims to analyze the performance of the bailiffs with the advent of the Electronic Judicial Process, highlighting the changes in the work routine, as well as presenting the new digital tools available from this new system. The National Council of Justice decided to create and implement the Electronic Judicial Process, as a way of speeding up the process and, in this way, delivering faster and more efficient justice to the courts. The electronic process is a computerized system that Courts and other public bodies use for their procedural activities, aiming to accelerate the procedural progress, making the judicial provision faster. The article should clarify how the electronic process can help the Justice Officers to act more efficiently, pointing out the positive points and recording the difficulties encountered.
