THE RELATION BETWEEN GMP AND IFDM IN TWO COREDE'S OF RIO GRANDE DO SUL STATE FROM 2013 TO 2016

O presente estudo tem por objetivo verificar a relação dos recursos do Programa Bolsa Família com o Índice FIRJAN de Desenvolvimento Municipal dos municípios que compõem o COREDE Sul e COREDE Médio e Alto Uruguai nos anos de 2013 a 2016. Para tal, foram levantados dados bibliográficos sobre o Programa nos sites do MDS e IBGE e os índices de desenvolvimento no site do FIRJAN. Os dados foram tabulados e para validar a hipótese deste estudo foi utilizado o método de correlação de Spearman. Como principal achado do estudo destaca-se a correlação positiva moderada no COREDE Sul no IFDM Geral e na variável Emprego e Renda, já o CODEMAU não apresentou relevância estatística significativa para validar a hipótese. Também verificou-se que o COREDE Sul possui menor IFDM e maiores repasses do PBF reforçando a política do programa.
