This article aims to point out the contributions and challenges of PIBID/UERR in teacher training in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic situation. In this focus, the proposal of the PIBID subproject of the Pedagogy course needed to undergo adaptations to accompany the pandemic situation within the municipal education of Boa Vista-RR. Amidst the challenges, remote teaching was adopted as a proposal to continue the educational action, thus modifying the entire structure of planning and educational practices within the school context. Through this question, the present study sought to verify the contributions of this teaching in the formation of teachers at PIBID/UERR. The methodological proposal of the study consisted of a qualitative approach, weaving an experience report of six (6) PIBID scholarship holders, and their challenges in the organization and planning of remote classes in a kindergarten school in Boa Vista-RR. The results showed that the current proposal for remote teaching accentuated the weaknesses of teaching, such as the absence of technological tools, internet and lack of teacher training, but also evidenced the commitment of education professionals to continue with the learning process. In addition, the experiences, observations and records systematized by the PIBID/UERR scholarship holders, provoked significant reflections together with the tenured professors, having the chance to review their beliefs and their practices in teaching, as the pandemic situation has changed the dynamics of schools around the world.
